Features

Advanced Dry Heat Sterilization CO₂ Incubator

The MCO-171AICD-PE CO₂ incubator is engineered to support the stringent demands of modern laboratories, ensuring optimal conditions for cell cultures and other sensitive biological samples. Its innovative design and advanced technology provide a contamination-free, controlled environment, making it indispensable for researchers in fields such as microbiology, oncology, and cell biology.

Key Features and Benefits:

165-Liter Chamber Capacity:

With a generous internal volume, the incubator can accommodate a variety of cultures, providing ample space for Petri dishes, flasks, and other containers, essential for high-throughput laboratories.

180°C Dry Heat Sterilization:

The incubator features a high-temperature sterilization cycle lasting approximately 11 hours. This intense sterilization method ensures that all surfaces within the chamber are completely decontaminated, eliminating bacteria, mold, yeast, and even resistant spores. This feature is particularly important for laboratories handling sensitive or high-risk biological materials, where even minor contamination could compromise results.

InCu-saFe Germicidal Interior:

The interior of the incubator is made from a stainless steel copper-enriched alloy, which naturally inhibits microbial growth. This ensures that contamination risks are minimized during culture, protecting samples without the need for frequent manual cleaning.

Advanced Temperature and CO₂ Control:

The MCO-171AICD-PE offers precise control of both temperature and CO₂ levels, with deviations held within minimal ranges (±0.1°C for temperature, ±0.1% for CO₂). This ensures a stable environment, critical for the growth and maintenance of cell cultures that require specific atmospheric conditions

Energy Efficiency and Stackability:

The unit is designed to minimize heat loss, making it more energy-efficient. It can also be stacked with a second incubator to maximize lab space. While one unit runs a sterilization cycle, the other can continue normal operations, providing uninterrupted workflow and increasing lab productivity.

Full-Color LCD Touchscreen

This user-friendly control panel allows researchers to easily monitor and adjust incubation settings. The LCD screen provides a clear view of key parameters, such as temperature, humidity, and CO₂ concentration, ensuring that conditions can be fine-tuned as needed. Additionally, the built-in USB port allows for easy data logging and transfer, streamlining the process of tracking and analyzing experimental conditions over time.

Reduced Maintenance and Running Costs:

The simplified design of the chamber and interior shelving minimizes the components that require regular cleaning. This reduces downtime and operational disruptions, making it easier to maintain a clean, sterile environment between culture cycles. The use of energy-efficient components further lowers operational costs, a significant advantage for research facilities with large-scale needs.

In conclusion, the MCO-171AICD-PE is an ideal solution for laboratories that require high sterility, precision control, and a spacious environment for culturing various biological materials.
