We think that each employee should have leadership skills regardless of position and keep refining them. We therefore implement “Action Learning Activities” so as to enhance necessary skills. These team activities combine employees of various ages from
departments or divisions that usually do not have opportunities to mix and tackle company-wide themes not directly related to daily work. Through these activities, we develop a rich lode of human resources with problem-solving and communications talents. We also provide participants with opportunities to place proposals directly to management, helping to improve leadership skills.
Enhancing Professional Skills
We prepare various training programs such as function-specific trainings and several technical trainings. Employees can acquire professional skills needed for various job types through local seminars and OJTs.
