PHC Group has released our Value Creation Plan 2027, which is driven by our vision:
to be a leader in precision technology that powers the future of healthcare.

We will co-create the future of healthcare with medical providers and researchers and pave the way for improving the lives of the people and the health of society.

Our Approach to the Value Creation Plan 2027

Our new vision reflects what we aspire to achieve by 2030: “Be a leader in precision technology that powers the future of healthcare.”
We will pursue this vision in two phases: Phase 1 where we will build a foundation for growth, and Phase 2 where we will accelerate our efforts and achieve sustainable growth focused on our Diagnostics & Life Sciences domain.
In Phase 1, which corresponds to the Value Creation Plan 2027, we will implement three key initiatives:
Restructure to enhance the earnings base
Improve portfolio management
Focus on Diagnostics & Life Sciences

Management Goals

For profitability, we are targeting a sales growth rate of 4-5%, an operating profit margin of 8-10%, and an EPS of more than double the FY2024 figure.
For efficiency, we are targeting a return on equity (ROE) of over 10% and a return on invested capital (ROIC) of over 8%.

Through this new Value Creation Plan , we strive to increase our corporate value and deliver for our shareholders.
