The PHC Group to Participate in the “48th International Modern Hospital Show 2021”
The PHC Group will exhibit at the “48th International Modern Hospital Show 2021” that is taking place on July 28th (Wed) and 29th (Thu) at PACIFICO Yokohama.
The COVID-19 situation has drastically changed the environment for medical institutions. Priorities have shifted, the needs of patients have transformed and new systems continue to be introduced for delivering healthcare. At the PHC Group our focus is to improve patients’ healthcare and streamline healthcare professionals’ workflow through collaboration within and beyond the Group. As we aim to respond rapidly to the evolving needs of the market, we are thrilled to be attending the “48th International Modern Hospital Show 2021” where we will exhibit products and services that provide best-in-class precision solutions across diabetes management, healthcare solutions, life sciences and diagnostics.

We will exhibit our portfolio of electronic medical record systems that have been tailored to meet the increasingly diverse needs of medical institutions. Our solutions consider the individual characteristics of each medical institution and adjust to meet their needs, from small and medium-sized general hospitals/sanatoriums to more specialized psychiatric hospitals. We will provide demonstrations of how our systems link together to provide more comprehensive solutions for hospitals, using the pharmaceutical workflow support system that helps pharmacists to streamline their pharmaceutical information management tasks and strengthens team collaboration within the hospital setting.

■Clinic Solutions
Our hybrid-cloud integrated electronic medical record system reduces the medical record entry workload for doctors who have newly opened clinics and improves the operational efficiency of clinics by linking to the online examination support system and online health insurance verification system. We will be demonstrating our new online services that can eliminate complicated handwritten laboratory test requests and simplify the entry of patients’ health insurance information during reception.

■Pharmacy Solutions
We will provide demonstrations of our pharmacy system linkage that enhances communication between pharmacists and patients, and contributes to improved medication adherence. This includes our face-to-face medication information system that allows pharmacists to explain easier-to-understand prescription medication changes through a seamless system linkage with the electronic medication history system, as well as the electronic medication notebook application software that connects with online medication instruction services from other vendors.

We will showcase high-precision medical devices that have been created by our advanced development capabilities and manufacturing expertise. These solutions support early detection and effective treatment of diseases such as diabetes, and have been acclaimed for many years by patients who use them, as well as our contract manufacturing partners.
