Company Operations During COVID-19 Imposed State of Emergency
Our sincere condolences to victims of COVID-19, and hopes for the quick recovery of those who have been infected.
Responding to the Japanese Government-declared state of emergency on April 7 regarding COVID-19, PHC Holdings Corporation (headquarters: Tokyo, Japan) will be closing company sites from today, April 8, prioritizing the safety of customers and employees.
During the closure, PHC Group employees at the sites listed below will continue business operations by working from home, except in special cases where they perform essential duties that cannot be performed remotely, and will respond to customer inquiries by e-mail, phone calls, etc. The PHC Group will be working tirelessly to ensure our products and services reach customers and patients.

The PHC Group has promptly established a COVID-19 Risk Management Committee chaired by President and CEO Michael Kloss, and has already implemented measures such as teleworking and videoconferencing, banning domestic/international business trips, prioritizing the safety of customers and employees.
The PHC Group is carefully monitoring global COVID-19 status to protect the safety of employees and minimize the effects on customers and patients who rely on our products and services. The health and safety of our customers, employees, and the patients we serve is most important to us and we will be continuing to monitor the situation while taking all appropriate measures.
