Work Style Reform (Work-Life Management)

Driven by the circumstances and supported by the technical possibilities, PHC Europe asked its employees how they could perform their work most effectively. The outcome was European-wide working in a hybrid form. In other words, a combination of working from home and working at the office during the week.

As a result, the management developed a plan whereby everyone has an optimal and effective working week that ultimately leads to greater effectiveness and at the same time to a better work-life balance.
