Efforts to Enhance Health
Our offices are furnished with good quality chairs and with height-adjustable desks and enough space to move around freely. Our employees have the possibility to consult the company doctor independently if needed and PHC Europe offers its employees a prevention health check. In addition, we promote activities such as health awareness education and have already organized a health day several times within that framework.

Efforts for Safety
We promote activities for the safety of employees by improving dangerous working conditions through risk assessment and evaluation of compliance with legal requirements. Depending on the position, mandatory online toolbox sessions are offered.
